This steel “T”-shaped bracket is engineered with three precision-drilled 6mm holes and compacted in size to fit seamlessly between cladding profiles on building exteriors. It is intended for use with DS screws, allowing installation through the cladding panels to securely anchor into the purlin rails behind.
Fabricated from pressed steel, the bracket is built to meet the standards set by BS1139 – EN74 and is classified as Class A for load-bearing performance. Each unit undergoes batch testing and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) to ensure reliability and strength. Weld joints have been verified to withstand loads exceeding 40kN, guaranteeing robust structural integrity.
